8.) What is the B2T make up policy for missed classes? ***
Attendance Policy:
Athletes (or parents of athletes) are expected to make payment to confirm their training in a week in advance of their session. This will assure that the service will take place on the B2T Coach’s end.
If for any reason a B2T Coach is unable to attend to the scheduled time of session, the coach has the responsibility to call and inform the client 12-24 hours in advance. Reasons for cancellation can range from weather conditions, transportation issues, personal emergency, etc. We encourage the client and B2T Coach to civilly negotiate a rescheduled session, and a discount towards the following scheduled session may apply. If we do not receive an email notification to info@ball2thrive.com, or phone call, to notify us of a postponement or cancellation we will continue to process the client’s payment even if you are not attending the session, and no refund will be eligible.
We expect our athletes to be committed to the assigned date and time that was arranged with their B2T Coach, and vice versa. If there is a clear pattern of missed sessions, Ball2Thrive will reserve the right to cancel services with that client moving forward.
9.) What is the cancellation & refund policy? ***
Refund Policy:
The refund policy will be determined by the Founder’s discretion. To get more information for your session please reach out to the Coach facilitating your training directly.
If the client seeks to discontinue and attain a refund for a B2T Coach canceling a session, they must request the refund via email at info@ball2thrive.com. The refund will be approved based on the B2T Coach’s inability to communicate with the aforementioned notice.
We expect our athletes to be committed to the assigned date and time that was arranged with their B2T Coach, and vice versa. If there is a clear pattern of missed sessions, Ball2Thrive will reserve the right to cancel services with that client moving forward.
10.) What do I need to bring for every training?
We highly recommend for athletes to bring sufficient water that will last for the duration of their session. We also suggest players to bring their own basketball.
11.) What is the appropriate attire for training sessions?
We recommend our athletes to wear athletic gear to every session. It is important for your athlete to have the appropriate footwear, in good condition, to ensure maximum performance. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to our team for more details.
12.) Does your program offer a curriculum?
Yes, the Founders have worked diligently to establish a curriculum catered to multiple age groups. Each B2T Coach working for our organization will be thoroughly taught the curriculum prior to working with their athletes.
13.) How do you monitor the student’s progress?
In our first session with a client, a B2T Coach will run an assessment to document the player’s abilities at that time. Subsequently, the B2T Coach will document stats from workouts and record clips from sessions to monitor the athletes’ progress.
14.) Are group classes & clinics separated by age or skill level?
Our small group classes & clinics will be separated by both age and skill level. Those that are younger with a high skill level may be eligible for more advanced training sessions. Those that are older, but still developing will be enrolled in the appropriate class to support their growth as a player.
15.) What does the class structure look like for skills classes?
Our classes will focus on skill development, basketball IQ, individual and team concepts, along with physical conditioning.
Our clients can expect to receive four essential components every workout (depending on the duration of the session):
1. Warm-up and Cardio
2. Strength and core conditioning (calisthenics to improve upper body, lower body, and core performance)
3. Skill Development (dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, agility, etc.)
4. Competition (where the B2T Coach will test their competitive nature, grit and will to be successful and persevere through any adversity)
